Customer Success Manager

DMARC Analyzer is looking for a Customer Success Manager. We offer a challenging job in an industry leading email security company that is continuously growing.


As our Customer Success Manager you will ensure a great customer experience and ongoing customer satisfaction. Also, by managing customer accounts you will educate customers about their knowledge on email authentication techniques as SPF and DKIM besides educating our customers you will enable our business development team to focus on winning new customers. This is a full-time role located in our office in Hilversum situated in the Netherlands.


Job responsibilities and tasks

  • Assist customers on the usage of our SaaS solution DMARC Analyzer.
  • Provide services and training to customers regarding email authentication techniques SPF and DKIM.
  • Provide technical and customer support by email and telephone.
  • Guidance for customer onboarding flow.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of DMARC and the troubleshooting processes.
  • Troubleshoot varying degrees of technical problems.
  • Answer customers billing questions and concerns.
  • Create business tasks for issues that are not resolved over the phone.
  • Possibility to become part of our DMARC deployment consultancy team.

Requirements

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Good command of the English and Dutch language.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and passion for email authentication techniques like SPF and DKIM.
  • Passion for providing high quality customer service.
  • Great multitasker with the ability to manage multiple internal projects.
  • Problem solver with the capability to solve unique technical problems.
  • Confidence in ability to understand, connect with, and de-escalate customers.
  • Passion for (email)security.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience working with B2B or enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrates exceptional phone and in-person communication skills.
  • Possibility to work in Hilversum, The Netherlands.
